How I recovered from near death experiences.

It is Spring and everything is so pretty and strong.

20230511-200918-honey-locust-with-tulips.jpgI mean my garden and I’ve drawn energy out of my garden…Birds are chirping and taking a bath and watching Robin, Goldfinch, Wren turns taking a bath in the same bowl. I am stalking them from my living room table.

It is nearly my birthday, May 19th, 2023. You may wonder how old I am, 61. I decided to up my gear after recovery from ill health. Another chapter of my life has just begun.

I have been relaxed and improved my health from Diabetes type 2, Heart disease, Gout, Kidney problem and Liver damage for a year now.

If you like to know how I survive I will let you know in the next blog. It will be useful and might save some life.

I have a tendency to work to death or another word workaholic. As my last job, I was a healthcare professional, who looked after patients during Covid-19. It was a scary and exhausting but rewarding job. I am glad it is over so I can sleep when I want and do what I love now.

To live long and happy I have changed my eating habits i.e. planted base diet or vegetarian and I exercise regularly and I did research from many countries how to heal myself back to have a new lifestyle. Next blog I will reveal what works in my case so I can see you in this blog again. I am so glad.

I have learnt to eat well as much as suitable with my body condition and illness. Go right down to do I.F. : intermittent fasting: 16/8. I fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours.

To prove that my Diabetes is improving such as my blood pressure 120/80( used to be 200/97) and no protein leaking into my urine sample. The doctor will do another review next year. It proved that whatever I did in the past year is working.

I drink two glasses of water after waking up, then I walk around the garden to see dew on grass leaves. It is enjoyable to see early Brussels Sprout flowers and Buk Choy flowers and bees finding the tiny-yellow flowers. Tulips and Daffodils pop up in the group as I grow them in Autumn. I cannot stop taking photographs.

Gardening is a fantastic hobby. It helps me to exercise daily and helps improve environment for human being and birds, squirrels, insects and frog. The soil condition, using rain water, do not wasted the good rain water. It is because last year we have a terrible drought. The highest temperature was 40.3 degree celsius. My Rhododendron did not bloom because it was no rain. Sadly, there were host-pipe bans in the East of England and Oxford area.

I grow a Honey Locust tree with lime-light leaves so stunning in the back garden.

The new tree for this year is Persimmon or Sharon Fruit tree was ordered from China standing tall near Apple tree that we have it for over 30 years with Mistletoe on it. Love Sharon fruits and I wish to eat some from my fruit tree and I nurture it like my baby.

I am still here to tell my stories about my garden inspired me to paint because of meditation.

I nearly die many times but meditation save my life from sleep apnea, Asthma and angina. Both are chronic diseases.

Meditation clams me down so I will not have asthma attack. I used to have nightmare that if I do not wake up, I would die every night. It might be because I stopped breathing. After meditation regularly, the nightmare disappeared and I did not have wheezing lung and stop using brown inhaler and blue inhaler. Those conditions had gone.
