 Shake nothing serve us off.

Meditation will help us lose nothing worthwhile.

Understand yourself; then, you can understand others. Meditation will help you know yourself. It brings prosperity and healthy life.

I am talking about emotions: anger, sorrow, jealousy, obsession, and hatred.

We win some and lose some.

How action occurs, here are the steps:

We feel, then we think, and then we plan; after that, we take action. It can happen in a blink of an eye.

We sometimes lost control. “I do not want to be angry, but I did.” It creates stress, and then the body releases cortisol hormone to damage cells and the system. The result of the long period of anxiety is high blood pressure. It gave me nose bleeding consecutively for two weeks each day. My example might alert you to think.

The worst event that can happen has a heart attack. I am not joking. In my family, almost everyone has a heart bypass.

When we know which stage of mind we are in, we can learn about our emotions. Then we can react or not act as we do or see fit.

Some psychologist calls it “awareness.” You know what you are aware of or not know. It is essential to learn how to change. You do not recognise this stage. You cannot change.

When we know that, we are angry.

We can choose to walk away, so there is no damage to both parties. To punch someone in the face and pay a fine for assault or go to jail when we did bodily harm someone.

You can choose to lose or to win yourself. It is up to you, but you know why you fail each time.

Meditation slows your thought down to one thinking a time with deep medication and allows us to see as things are.

Research shows that in the communities where many people do meditation, they have no time to commit crimes. In addition, inmates committed fewer suicides during meditation sessions(2).

We must know where our mind is first. So when we feel anger, it starts. When that person reprimands or curses you, you stop them using force. Is that right?

You think you win to punch someone’s face, but you lose to let hatred grow in your mind. If it is strong enough, it can lead to prison that there are people who are stronger than you and more powerful than you who have a license to kill to keep order in society.

Think of the one you loved, such as mum, dad, brother and sister. Your partner and children, you harmed someone else, you also hurt your family members. We are all connected.

Without salmon, Grizzly bears cannot survive.

Without bees and insects, crops will not yield.

How to catch it, in this context, means anger, hatred, jealousy, and turns it around.

You might not win at the first attempt to act when angry, but the human being is resilient. Life storm knocked us down so many times in life, but we get up and do it again. So we win.

What is about depression?

The study by Dr Christoffer van Tulleken and researcher at University College London supervising patient Sarah, 24 years old who depressed when she was 17 years old to go swimming in cold water with the group. The excellent result is that 6-degree water reminds us to be alive and dealing with something essential to survive and cheerful and refreshing.

Sarah’s drug-free in 4 months with Dr Christopher Van Tulleken. (1)

I use meditation to fight postnatal depression. After the delivery of my daughter, I had depression. I did not want to go home to see her and could not cope, and I sat at the bus stop until dark. Then I told myself, being a wonderful mother is my duty, I would be OK. Take one day at a time, and I snapped out of it. All negative emotion is suffering.

Confusion causes without knowing where you are. You write your feeling down to see the problem. When you confuse because so many things happen at once, untangling it might help.

Sadness if you know yourself swift to listen to an upbeat song, such as Lady Marmalade by Katie Kadan or Sex-bomb by Tom Jones. Don’t listen to “I can’t live without you” Yes, you can live without somebody so special. Even parents left children because of ageing illness.

Mindfulness meditation as mindfulness movement improved quality of life in prison. (2) When we are not falling into the trap of emotion. Stay at present; we cannot suffer. We suffer when our mind wanders in a painful past or future that has not arrived yet. So being happy, stay in the present so know what we are doing so we cannot suffer.

Everyone needs love, even when you think no one loves you. You should love yourself more than anyone else. You came alone and will go alone. It is inevitable on the last day on this earth. Time on this earth is too short.

Don’t you worry about a thing. Dancing to this song.”

You’re Sunshine on a rainy day. My girl,”

Take a cold shower and feel fresh and alive. Don’t let sadness conquer your emotion. When you cry hysterically, it leads to sorrow and overwhelms you with despair. When unbearable, so it leads to suicide.

When your mind knows that anger is coming, check where you are. You!: smoke comes out of your ear, walk away until cool down. You are using compassion such as they might have a tumour in the brain and behaviour has changed for the worst.

Jealousy is coming. Where are you? If you cannot have him and he has somebody else. He is not suitable for you. More buses (new men and women) to come and find you irresistible.

Give yourself more chances to see new people be friends first. The relationship needs time to be rife. As a sentimental song, “I don’t want to close my eyes; I don’t want to miss a thing.” The music is so powerful.

I wish people who came across this article would benefit from mindfulness meditation anywhere and anytime.

Love you all
